Film is billed by the foot actually transferred, not by the reel. Once you understand that, most quotes stop being confusing and you can tell a fair one from a bad one. Here is the arithmetic, including ours.

How it works
Four steps, all under one roof
1. Intake
Every item is logged by hand and tracked under a full chain of custody from the moment it arrives.
2. Inspect
Condition is assessed before anything runs. Damage found early is damage that does not get worse.
3. Scan
Captured on Academy grade equipment, at true HD 1080p minimum and up to 2K for film.
4. Return
Files on a flash or hard drive, and your originals back in the same shipment. Always.
